About the studios

There are 5 spaces ranging from 260 -370 usable square footage. All private studios will have amazing natural light. The new studios are located on 10 street right by the 23 Eli stop on the 7, E, M and G trains just one stop from Manhattan. Citibike station is around the corner. Ideal for artists, designers, architects, photographers, or for any creative profession. The studios have large skylights or windows and 12-foot ceilings. Radiator offers several amenities such as WI-FI, 24 hours access and a roof deck with city view and a presentation area.

All studios are private and has the potential to share depending on how you work. The studios are walking distance to PS1. Seeking responsible people who are looking for a great creative environment.
